On site training has several advantages:

• when you want to train several people, it is usually more cost effective to train in-house due to the costs of travel and lodging.
• You also get to work with your data. Although our in-house classes will generally use the same data dictionaries as you use, training is often more effective when real, live data is used.
• We can also utilize any real requests that come up, and incorporate them into the training classes as example reports. This gives you the added benefit of genuine productive results even though it is a training class.

When can I schedule training?

We schedule on-site training based on your availability and ours. Costs vary, but we work from a base prices of $1,600 per day for the training, plus a travel and expense charge.

How many people can I have attend?

That is up to you. We have held classes from 1 to 12 people at a time. We do include up to six sets of manuals in the base price, so the only additional charge for classes of more than six would be for additional documentation.

How do you handle expenses?

We predetermine based on your locations and the dates selected a standard expense charge, and bill you accordingly. This way you know in advance exactly what the total cost of the training class will be.
