• DataWriter library- The library helps you manage your reports by storing additional information like the title, creation date, and a unique number that identifies that report. With multiple libraries, that contain multiple reports, its easy to organize and share your reports.
  
  
• DataDictionary maintenance(DDM) utility- DDM allows you to manage your Dictionaries. A Dictionary represents a collection of data sources, which could be any flat or indexed file, or a table from a database. Using DDM you can also define relationships and conditions to control the presentation of data.
  
  Relationships define how a sources information is relates to another source, so you can add additional information to your reports.
  
  Conditions allow you to limit the amount of information that can be retrieved from a datasource. The datasource may contain information that the user does not need to see, so conditions allow you to control it.
